Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using ShearCRM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and billing
ShearCRM is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Acceptable use
You may not use ShearCRM for any unlawful purpose or in a way that damages, disables, or impairs the service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
ShearCRM is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
