Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using ShearCRM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and billing
ShearCRM is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and your access continues until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Acceptable use
You may not use ShearCRM for any unlawful purpose or in a way that damages, disables, or impairs the service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Third-party integrations
ShearCRM can connect to services you use, such as QuickBooks Online. You authorize each connection yourself and can end it at any time. When QuickBooks is connected, ShearCRM posts a daily summary of your salon's sales to the QuickBooks company you chose, using the accounts you selected. You remain responsible for your books and tax filings; review the entries with your accountant. ShearCRM is not affiliated with Intuit, and your use of QuickBooks is governed by Intuit's terms.
Limitation of liability
ShearCRM is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
